Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hammam Essentials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return the product under the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
The product must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

Opened products
Soaps or creams that have been opened and used.
Any other product that has been used or opened.
We cannot accept oil bottles where the safety seal has been broken or tampered with.

3. Return Process
